$3.99

Title: La Signora, from Sonata in C, op. 8 no. 6

Composer: Nicolas Chédeville, arr. David Gable

Instrumentation: Two Violins

Printout: 4 pages

Note: Nicolas Chédeville wrote primarily light music for the enjoyment of the upper class. His instrument of choice was the musette, a small bagpipe, but most of his compositions were indicated as also being suitable for flutes, oboes or violins. This movement from op. 8 is like a musical portrait of an elegant Italian lady. Both parts of La Signora can be played on flute or oboe.

Also available in the Bargain Bundle Nicolas Chédeville, selected movements from Sonata in C Major, op. 8 no. 6, “L’Italienne”.
