Greetings!
Recent publications are too many to name individually. Please check out the free songs and free rounds for what are now over 100 items, and if you are a string player take a look at recent postings for violin and cello.

The Free Items categories for traditional songs and vocal rounds/canons now include over 100 titles. Please take a few minutes to browse.
New Material for Recorder Ensemble
Check out the VSM Recorder Collection. There are several “new” items posted, all classroom tested. Instrumentation ranges from two to four parts, from simple SS and SA settings to more challenging SATB arrangements. Many items have flexible instrumentation so that they can easily be adapted to your classroom needs.
Keep Visiting
Postings of new material have been a little slow the past week because of heavy concert commitments. Last Friday a program of Bach, Telemann, Handel, Quantz, Vitali and Lupo on period instruments with my baroque ensemble, Courante, and a recital tomorrow evening of music for violin and organ at St John’s Seminary: music of Piston, Handel and Rheinberger. I should be getting to final edits on several items later this week, so keep visiting to see what’s new.

Music for educators
You might have noticed that there are few items in the Elementary Strings and Intermediate Strings collections, and no choral music posted yet. During the summer months I will be working on polishing and uploading items in these categories as well as working on recorder books for Waldorf Publications. If you have forwarded the VSM link to string teacher colleagues, please let them know that there is lots of material coming soon.
Renewal was great this past week. It was wonderful to see so many old friends and make new ones.
