Intermediate String Series

The Intermediate String Series includes music that is a notch or two above the Elementary String Series in difficulty. First violin parts may require playing up to third position, and all parts are designed to give challenge to students who are ready to move beyond the easiest material. These compositions and arrangements are generally comparable to ASTA level 2 or 3 in difficulty. Many of the arrangements have alternative parts that allow the instructor to use flexible instrumentation. Flex options are noted on the individual item page.
