Note: Many modern editions of this beautiful motet impose bar lines on the music, but this distorts the asymmetrical phrases. In this arrangement the original unmeasured notation has been preserved. The motet was originally for in for SSA chorus in G dorian. It has been transposed down a fourth to make it singable by middle school SAB choirs.
