Note: The KV 487 duos were originally for two horns or two basset horns (opinions differ). I revoiced and transposed the duo, then created an inner voice playable on violin or viola. Violin 1 is playable on flute or oboe. These trios are among the most useful items in my music library. The chromaticism of this minuet gives it a more colorful sound than many such pieces.
