Note: Although not designated as a march in the oratorio, See the Conqu’ring Hero Comes has nevertheless a noble march-like character. It is sometimes called “Chorus from Judas Maccabeus” or “Daughters of Zion.” Both of these marches are quite short and serve well for processionals in small venues.
